On December 1st, 2014, Tim and Bobbi Hays bought the Chesapeake Bagel Bakery (now known as Barb City Bagels) located in downtown DeKalb, IL and began their adventure in the bagel business. With a passion for serving others and giving back to the community, they are working hard to make Barb City Bagels a place where everyone feels welcome.
